What is CoachEffect?
Think of stepping into a local coffee shop and seeing their “proprietary blend” on tap, if you will. The CoachEffect score is AD Vantage’s version of that. We take cumulative data, distill it, provide context, and the yield is a comprehensive view to evaluate coaching performance.
To put it simply, CoachEffect is one-half a measure of performance and one-half a measure of improvement. This allows leadership to see coaches in a new light, taking into consideration program impact, viewing comparable talent for similar spenders, and measuring a coach’s progress over time rather than regression.

Use the query feature to search by name, university, department, title, or sport
Option to add additional filters, such as department expenses
When the profile populates, you can review all tabs of information, including FOIA requests.
Navigate to the tile on the top right to view the CoachEffect score.
Click the encircled “i” for an information breakdown of how what two performance insights make up CoachEffect (performance and improvement).
Next, click “CoachEffect salary range,” and a new window with insights will populate.
